Business Development Representatives
Real Estate Title Services

Ideal candidates would have a proven sales ability in the mortgage industry, specifically: loan officers, processors, brokers, and sales managers. If you've successfully worked with the general public and are ready to move up to the Business 2 Business level, you've found the right place. Only ambitious, highly motivated candidates with existing mortgage contacts will be considered for a position. Title Processors
Candidates must have at least two years title processing experience and a four year college degree or equivalent. Minimum qualifications include opening cases, reviewing title, clearing unreleased liens, ordering payoffs and preparing title commitments. Ideal candidates will have experience preparing settlement statements, preparing closing packages for return to lenders and familiarity with disbursement procedures. Candidates with exclusive refinance or purchase experience will be considered. Superior telephone and time management skills are a must.
